Description

The new type of the vibration staking machine is suitable for staking and softening of all kinds of upper leathers (cattle hides, calfskins, pigskins), which have been dried out by the commonly used drying methods. The recommended humidity of leathers to be softened is within a range of 18 % - 22 %. A thickness of leathers to be staked should not exceed a value of 3,2 mm.

• A leather is softened between a movable lower softening plate and an adjustable upper softening plate. The softening plates are located on three successive beams. Between the softening plates a leather is transported by means of a couple of flexible conveyors.
• The proper intensity of staking is set by a position change of the softening upper plate, namely in eight sections of the total working width of the machine. An intensity adjustment is carried out in a motory way, on the first, second or third beam, namely in each section independently.
• The motoric adjustment of the staking intesity, realized under the remote control, gives apossibility of a full use of the machine also in the operations where the kinds of a raw material to be processed are changed very often or when there are bigger differences of a leathers´ rigidity to particular leather parts.
• There are 0 - 17 grades of a softening-through intensity adjustment at your disposal.
• The possibility of processing leathers on the three successive beams assures a goods quality staking-through of leathers, smoothing out traces of the softening instruments as well as stabilizing a leather´s sheet included.
• A working width of the conveyors, their reversal included, can be changed quickly and easily.
• The machine is equipped with a housing completely, and it is also recessed by safety elements, through which a safety of the operators´ work is insured. The machine is protected against overloading by means of an easily replaceable shell with a shearing pin.
• The machine can be located on flexible rubber bases or pneumatic bases, by means of which a sufficient damping of a vibrations transfer into the floor is insured.
• The machine can be equipped by a reversible conveyor with a collecting through.
